When finishing your casting with epoxy, resin, or wax combined with additives, we cannot guarantee that replacing the mold will resolve any issues. Additives like dyes, mica powders, alcohol inks, flowers, or non-wax-specific fragrance oils may interact differently with the silicone mold and affect the final result. It’s essential to verify the compatibility of the materials before using silicone molds to avoid potential problems. Simply use warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge for cleaning. Our 3D molds feature strategic cuts for easy product removal, with grooves designed to ensure a snug fit. These highly durable molds can withstand hundreds of pourings, ensuring long-lasting use.

When will your order ship?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are packed and dispatched the same day they’re placed. However, some items may require extra preparation time. In any case, your order will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days.

For US Orders:
We ship US orders using a variety of carriers, including USPS First Class, UPS SurePost, and UPS Ground.

• USPS First Class packages typically take 3-6 days from the shipping date to arrive.

For Canada Orders:
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

• Canada Post tracked packages usually take 2-14 days from the shipping date to arrive, depending on the destination.

Never leave melting wax unattended. Always keep an eye on the melting process and have a fire extinguisher nearby in case of emergencies.

Keep flammable materials away from your workspace. This includes items like paper towels, fabric, or loose clothing that could accidentally come into contact with hot wax or flames.

Store wax and materials properly in a cool, dry place to prevent unexpected reactions or hazards.
Keep children and pets away from the workspace to avoid spills, burns, or other accidents.
Ensure proper disposal of leftover wax or materials, following safety guidelines to avoid clogging drains or causing damage.
Prepare a first-aid kit with burn ointments and bandages nearby in case of accidents.
