Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. Reporting any issues within 48 hours of receipt helps us evaluate and resolve them promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (including special orders)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As with our general return policy, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
