Every piece I list has been carefully and lovingly selected. CurlyCandle specialized in sourcing the best quality handmade natural pieces from around the world. You will find specimens from Brazil, India, Morocco, Pakistan, India, Russia, etc.

 I hope any choice you make from our shop, raises your spirits and guides you in your journeys. We try to find materials in their most natural state and the best quality possible. Please note that some stones might have been stabilized and/or heated for quality and wearability.

Our company was created for the passion for candles and all things spiritual. We believe in the ability to make any space distinctly yours with good, positive energy. All of our candles are hand-poured in small amounts, with each individual person in mind. We use organic waxes (soy wax and beeswax), high-quality essential oils, and fragrances and infuse each candle with reiki charged crystals.

Shipping:

Wondering when your items are going to ship?

We do our best in order to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually, most of the orders are packed and shipped on the same day as they were ordered. However, for some of the items, the order preparation takes some time but in any case, it will not exceed 3 business days.

For US orders:

US orders are shipped via one of several shipping providers, including USPS First Class, UPS SurePost, UPS Ground.

Packages shipped USPS first class mail take approximately 3-6 days from the day shipped to arrive.

For Canada orders:

Canada orders are shipped via Canada Post

Packages shipped Canada Post tracked mail take approximately 2-14 days from the day shipped to arrive.

Is international shipping available for my order?

We do ship to Canada and USA only.

Unfortunately, we don't ship to other counters currently due to significantly increased delivery time caused by pandemic Covid-19. 

What is the return, refund, and damage policy?

If a product is defective, we'll refund 100% of the purchase price or send a replacement and pay the return shipping for the defective item.

If a product is not defective and simply unwanted, we'll happily refund the amount of product that is resale-able, but return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

In the rare case that an item is delivered damaged, please let us know immediately by including a photo of the damage, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Please let us know if you need an amount greater than what is listed, We are always happy to accommodate.

Candle Safety Instructions:

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Ensure wicks are upright and trimmed to 7mm (1/4 inch) during use and each time candle is relight. Be care not to cut it too short has there will not be enough wick/heat to burn the wax. Never leave wick trimmings (matches or other debris, for that matter) in your candle jar!
3. Always burn soy candles long enough for the wax to melt across the container before blowing out the flame to avoid formation of a tunnel in the wax, which will shorten the life of the candle.
4. Never move a burning candle. Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
5. Don't burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the holder or container.
