When will your order ship?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are packed and dispatched the same day they’re placed. However, some items may require extra preparation time. In any case, your order will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days.

For US Orders:
We ship US orders using a variety of carriers, including USPS First Class, UPS SurePost, and UPS Ground.

• USPS First Class packages typically take 3-6 days from the shipping date to arrive.

For Canada Orders:
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

• Canada Post tracked packages usually take 2-14 days from the shipping date to arrive, depending on the destination.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep wicks upright and trimmed to 7mm (1/4 inch) each time the candle is lit. Be careful not to trim it too short, as there may not be enough wick or heat to melt the wax. Avoid leaving wick trimmings, matches, or any debris in the candle jar.
Always allow soy candles to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the container before extinguishing the flame to prevent tunneling, which can shorten the candle’s life.
Do not move a burning candle; wait until it is fully extinguished, the wax has solidified, and the jar is cool before handling.
Avoid burning the candle completely down. Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the container or holder.

Note: Dried flowers are decorative only and should be removed before lighting.
